Who am I?

Finding and offering accommodation for a group or for participants traveling on business is a complicated task, so I’ll take over from here.

My name is Christophe, I live between Toulouse and Albi. I’ve been an events consultant since 2011. I can help you organize your business events successfully. After studying hotel management, gaining 5 years’ experience in a 4* establishment and pursuing a career in the events sector, I decided to set up my own “Venue Finder” business. What is a Venue Finder? I’m your project facilitator, an expert in selecting and recommending the most suitable venues and service providers for your business event in France or abroad. This service is entirely free of charge, thanks to the fact that the hotel or service provider pays a commission on the sales generated as a business referral. Save time, save money.

Accommodation management involves booking and managing blocks of rooms to ensure the coordination of accommodation for participants, ensuring their comfort and convenience. This includes selecting establishments, negotiating rates and conditions, and taking into account the specific needs of guests.

Conferences

Organizing a conference requires detailed preparation, well in advance of the event. From finding the right venue (hall, convention center, hotel, etc.), to negotiating, compiling and proposing a complete range of services, right through to coordinating the technical aspects of a turnkey project. The aim is to create a stimulating environment for knowledge sharing and interaction between industry professionals.

Transfer management

The aim is to coordinate the movement of participants, from arrival to departure, whether from the airport or train station to the event venue, or to the gala evening. This includes transport reservations, route planning and schedule management to ensure smooth, punctual service. As far as transportation is concerned, I work with specialized companies.

Seminars

Organizing a seminar involves meticulous planning, from the selection of the meeting venue to the complete logistical management of the event. This process is designed to create an environment conducive to the exchange of knowledge and networking between participants.

Training

Find the right place to bring together employees from the same company or sector to acquire new knowledge or develop new skills. It has to be accessible, suitable and pleasant, so that they can deepen their know-how.
